VACULEX VL

Vaculex VL is used for a wide variety of applications. It is used to lift bags,
furniture, windows, glass, drums, pails, appliances, sheet handling, car hoods,
car doors, and many other applications.

The Ergonomic Edge
(1) The Vaculex System is modular, with separate components available in several variations.
Adapts to any work environment. Allows simple changes to lifting capacities, suction feet, extended handles and more. Grows with your company-new installations are added easily and cost-effectively.
(2) The Vaculex runs on various-sized, electric or compressed-air driven vacuum pumps.
Its vacuum suction power combines a smooth lifting movement with variable speeds.

(3) Vaculex reduces injuries and fatigue as it lessens compensation costs. Meets all OSHA and ADA standards and the proposed NIOSH lifting guidelines.

(4) Vaculex can be mounted on a Jib Crane or X-Y bridge Crane.
Vaculex is easy to position and move around the workstation.

(5) Vaculex may be equipped with Vacutrade's patented Safety Valve for lifting situations where the vacuum control head's bottom valve is closed.
If the object were to come loose, the low pressure is immediately eliminated. Minimizes the risk of injury.

(6) Vaculex has an ingenious non-return valve. If the vacuum pump stops, the low pressure in the vacuum tube is maintained long enough to permit the load to be lowered under controlled conditions. Minimizes the risk for injury or damage.

(7) 360° Bottom Swivel, 90° Adapter and Quick Disconnects are optional accessories. The bottom swivel allows the load to be turned 360 degrees and the 90-degree adapter allows alternation between horizontal and vertical positioning. The Quick Disconnects enable tools to be changed in seconds. The system's flexibility and maneuverability while lifting is maximized. The object requires a minimum of space to operate effectively.

(8) Vaculex suction feet are always engineered properly to fit the vacuum lifting system specified for your lifting application.
Vaculex always maintains a constant safety factor while lifting. If the object is too heavy, or the surface is too porous, it will not be lifted. Minimizes the risk of injury or damage.

Curved suction foot
For lifting tubular frames, axles, drums etc. Available in customized sizes.  Angle adaptor
Suitable for moving, for instance, sheet metal from a horizontal to a vertical position or vice versa. 
 



Bottom swivel
To rotate goods 360° while keeping the control unit in a fixed position. Suitable when placing goods in confined spaces or in patterns.  Yoke foot - four feet





Yoke foot with four adjustable feet. Suitable for long, thin materials like steel sheets, board sheets etc. A large range is available. 
 





Yoke foot - two feet
Yoke foot with two adjustable feet. Suitable for cardboard boxes with divided lid, materials in sheet form etc. A large range is available.  Cross yoke foot





Cross yoke foot (H-shaped) with four adjustable feet. Suitable for large steel sheets, board sheets etc. A large range is available. 
 




Oval suction foot
Principally for handling sacks but also suitable for plastic shrink wrapped goods. Available in several sizes.



Rect. suction foot
Rectangular suction feet are suitable for handling goods with sealed surfaces such as cardboard, sheet metal, plates etc. Many sizes. 
 



Round suction foot
Suitable for handling cans, drums, stones, bricks etc. Several diameters available.  Quick disconnections
Bayonet joint type. Upper and lower part. For fast and simple change of suction feet or tools. 


 
Flexible control unit
Flexible extended control unit. Useful when stacking goods high up on a pallet etc. Available in various lengths.  Rigid control unit
Rigid extended control unit. Useful when handling wide goods. Available in various lengths.

 

Silencing box
Available for all electric pump sizes. Dust filter
Large dust filter. Useful in dusty environments. 
 


Protection valve
For safe lifts using fixed hooks/tools. Eliminates the depression inside the lift tube if the goods is released inadvertently.  Universal joint
Keeps the lift tube in a vertical position if load becomes unbalanced.
 


Release valve
For standard control unit.
Facilitates load releasing when large suction feet are used, for instance during vertical handling.
